Compared to LGA1366,LGA 1156 processors only integrates dual channel memory ontroller.Core i5 processors and corresponding P55 board mainly designed for upcoming high-end,mainstream desktop platform and gradually replace current high-end LGA 775.
In order to better understanding about processors,Intel doesnt discern product series depending on interface.Thats to say,LGA 1156 processors also include Core i5 and Core i7.
In terms of pricing,first batch of Core i5-750 、Core i7-860 and Core i7-870 cost $196、$284 and $562,respectively.
